General terms and conditions

Article 1: Definitions

  1. Daily Ink: The tattoo shop located in the Netherlands, which operates under this name and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 74829947.

  2. Client: The person who enters into an agreement with Daily Ink for having a tattoo applied.

  3. Tattoo: Any permanent decoration applied by Daily Ink to the client's body.

Article 2: General

These terms and conditions apply to every quote, agreement and service provision between Daily Ink and the customer, and come into effect when the customer makes an appointment or accepts the services of Daily Ink.

Article 3: Appointments and Cancellation

  1. Appointments must be made by email, text message, or other traceable means of communication.

  2. To confirm an appointment, Daily Ink requires a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the appointment.

Article 4: Age limit

  1. Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who gives written permission for the tattoo.

  2. Tattoos will not be given to clients under the age of 16, even with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Article 5: Hygiene and Safety

  1. Daily Ink meets all hygiene and safety standards according to Dutch law, taking into account the guidelines and regulations of the GGD (Municipal Health Service).

  2. The customer must report any health risks, medical conditions or allergies in writing in advance and discuss these with Daily Ink.

Article 6: Liability

  1. Daily Ink is not liable for damage resulting from improper care of the tattoo by the customer, unless this damage is the direct result of gross negligence or intent on the part of Daily Ink.

  2. If the client is dissatisfied, they must contact us within 7 days of receiving the tattoo to schedule a correction. Any correction costs will be communicated to the client in advance.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

  1. Designs and artwork created by Daily Ink remain the property of the tattoo shop.

  2. Any use of these designs without the written permission of Daily Ink is prohibited, including but not limited to reproduction, publication, or commercial use.

Article 8: Complaints and Disputes

  1. Complaints must be reported to the email address dailyink.nl@gmail.com within 14 days of discovery, and Daily Ink will respond to the complaint within 30 days.

  2. Agreements between Daily Ink and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
